- Maintaining Raw data of the Recruitment
- Handling the recruitment Issues & Queries
- Coordinating with the recruitment team about sourcing, screening, processing activities
- Participating in salary negotiation and releasing offer

- Coordinating with candidates for joining formalities
- Ensure that all position is hired as per TAT
- Coordinate with all the department heads for recruitment
