·        Managing a small team for US Inbound Voice Process

·        Night shift: 9:00 PM to 6:00 AM

·        Team Management

·        Roster Management

·        Process Training

·        Quality Monitoring

·        Calibrations and PIP

·        Answering Escalations

·        Client Communication

·        New process transitioning

·        Cab: No

·        Week-off: 1 day/week in rotation

·        Week-offs are scheduled betweenMon-Fri only

·        Immediate Joiners preferred

·        Edu: Graduates or Undergraduates


Desired CandidateProfile

·        Stable career history

·        Excellent Spoken & WrittenEnglish

·        2+ yrs of Team handling Experience

·        3+ yrs of Experience inInternational Inbound Voice Process

·        Exclude candidateswho have worked in big BPOs like Wipro, WNS, HGS, Aegis, Accenture, Concentrixetc.
